Absolutely epic! We've been 2 years in a row with the whole family. My parents are 75 years old and didn't want to participate in the zip line adventures so they were given a guide and driven around in a golf so they could see our family having fun and still feel like they were participating. And they came away saying they had the best day ever - in a golf cart! How cool is that?! They work so hard to make sure you have a truly seamless experience. The staff is phenomenal. The experience is amazing. The food is excellent. This is truly a 5 star experience, I'm not even kidding. We seriously loved it. The kids not only had a blast with the zip lines but we also learned some pretty cool stuff about what's happening in the natural environment around the area and about the animals living there. We loved it.

We had the most amazing time! You guys rock! The staff must have to pass a "humor test" because they were all so funny and kept us humored with their stories and jokes. They work very hard and they all pitch in wherever needed, even helping with serving lunch and cleaning up afterwards. They are very professional and always seem to be smiling. It started raining on us pretty good just before lunch. When we were done with the last zip line before lunch, they greeted us with umbrellas and golf carts to transport us back to the main building where dry towels and rain jackets were waiting for everyone. I highly recommend doing this if you have the chance.

This was the highlight of a trip designed to show my Michigan-raised kids the West I love. We caught the train (a plush, dedicated car on the Durango/Silverton line) at a small station near Ouray where the staff welcomed us and outlined the day. Safety is first, so you know you'll survive that heart-stopping first step off the platform. They put the protection of the trees first and you experience a tree-hugging, eco-friendly platform unlike so many other destructive ziplining tours that have to move their route as they kill the trees. The staff loves their job and they create a day of bonding and joy for each guest. The food was wonderful and served in a tree platform beside the roaring water that was the next leg of our soaring experience. I hope to some day go back - an amazing experience and worth every dollar!!

Excellent 2 hour train ride in reserved cars to arrive. We chose the open air car. Safety was number 1 and well explained. Longest zip line course in the world. High mountain location. Freindly and helpful staff. Crosses the Upper Animas River several times. Gormet lunch as well. All equipment and needs (including water) provided.
