Absolutely loved the place! Great displays, so much to see. They also had a nice little display about NASA. I got to climb into the copter that picked Alan Sheppard up from the ocean. How cool is that!? There are also several little video areas set up to watch short clips about various military history things. The volunteers at the museum were very helpful and friendly. Definitely a place worth visiting.

This museum is spectacular. We took a preschool group and some of the information was definitely above their heads, but the moms enjoyed it too. The stem lab was adjusted to be at their level and the kids especially loved to explore the planes and helicopters. The volunteers are VETS for the most part and extremely knowledgeable and passionate. The price was reasonable $5 per adult and kids under 7 were free. I will be back and I highly suggest the museum to others. Strollers fit and I used a side by side double with no problem.

Any airplane enthusiasts will love this place as I did.. Even if you aren't, this place is filled with history. We had a fantastic guide, who had a wealth of knowledge and experience, and made everything so interesting.. Highly recommended..!

Knowledgeable staff of their World war two exhibits and the base involvement in World war two. Nice space exhibits in second hangar. Airplanes outside also.
