Nice walk in yoga and Zumba classes, great pool that the kids love, some climbing wall space and an exercise room. Open and spacious, lots of light. Affordable child care available, plus the playroom is free if you're there with your kids. There's also a great ice skating ring though somewhat expensive. Only complaint is too many people in the pool on weekends... but parking is never a problem.

The play area is free and huge! It’s well built with a lot of things for he kids to discover. The daycare center is inside of the playground, so there is a constant flow of kids to play with! It’s designed for ages 3 year old had so much fun that we easily stayed for 2 hours. There is a lot of seating for parents, a child’s sized bathroom, and an attendant that helps keep order within the play area. There’s also a new splash pad, a pool with a lazy river, play structure, zero entry area, lap lanes, and so much space that it’s not even a big deal when field trips come. The building itself is easy to find and get into. The skate park is right next door.

I have only ever been to the pool area of this recreation center, so that is what my review will be focused on. I went here recently. I visited the pool area. They have many anemities, such as a hot tub and obstacle course. I have never before been to a recreation center or normal pool with a tube slide. You mostly see those at water parks. This center has a tube slide you can ride, with the choice of a single or double tube. No conveyor belts for tubes make you wait in a line for people to come out and take their tubes. This was okay for me, though. If you are not a tube slide fan, don’t worry; there’s a body slide. Sometimes, I had to wait in kind of long lines for it, but it is usually the more popular slide. The obstacle course is usually popular as well, offering lines that are a bit long. The 16 person limit in the hot tub may force you to wait a bit. This center offers no outdoor pool (unlike some), but does offer a sort of outdoor splash pad. The women’s locker room does not offer changing rooms, which is sometimes a useful option. Three summer camps coming in and out of the pool made it more crowded. On my way out of the center, I noticed a play area with slides that looked entertaining for younger children. My Apex Center experience deserved four out of five stars. It was a unique and entertaining experience, but some gaps could be filled in.

Very fun. It wasn't too crowded when we got there but by the time we left it was like we were sardines. They need to have a maximum occupancy.
