Geology Rocks! Earth Mysteries and Histories Outreach Event

CU Boulder's Department of Geological Sciences is hosting an all-day outreach event on Saturday, April 27, 2024, at the CU Museum of Natural History. The fun and free event is an opportunity for CU’s GEOL students and faculty to share with the wider public what excites them about geoscience. All ages are invited to explore and discover a variety of Earth processes and phenomena including fossils, climate change, geochemistry, seismology, oceanography, geobiology, volcanoes, and more!

Pre-register: For planning purposes, participants are asked to register in advance using the registration button below.

Map & Parking: Due to construction near the CU Museum, Lot #208 is closed. Please allow 10 minutes to park and walk from Euclid Parking Garage. Free parking is available in the residential area west of Broadway and in the University Hill Elementary School Parking lot. There are also 2- and 4-hour metered spaces on University Hill, west of Broadway.
