I like the Cork, its a great locals hangout for Boulderites. I sat at the bar and ordered my favorite beverage, Vodka dry, served up with a splash of cranberry. My drink was perfect, just as I ordered. Atmosphere is nice, bar area inviting. Was ready for some nibbles so I ordered the happy hour salad wedge with chicken . Serving was half of a wedge with nice presentation and what can go wrong with bacon? Oops, not so. After a bite of chicken I found it pretty dry so I couldn't finish it. Still hungry I ordered the nachos without chicken, and got a serving that had been left in the oven a tad too long and the chips were burnt. I was 2 for 2 and lost my interest in ordering anymore Happy Hour food. I'm sure I'll go back despite the misses give it another go!

Our family have been loyal and avid diners of the Boulder Cork for years. The staff are knowledgeable, respectful, friendly, accommodating and classy. The menu is classic and some aspects of it change with the seasons. They source from local farms and the chef's creativity never disappoints. The ambiance is elegantly understated and their wine list inviting. We love our visits here and you will love it too.

It's been my restaurant of choice for quite a few years now. And remains so. But hey, you Cork guys, you must bring that BISON STAKE back!!!!! I can't even tell you what a tragedy it was for me to discover last week that you no longer serve it. You just have to bring it back. The shape/size issue is a poor reason for removing such a terrific item from the menu.

The food is tasty, what can I say? Wait staff is friendly, but a little slow. The biggest complaint is that the food is quite overpriced. It's not bad, but I just feel like they want 20% more than I'm willing to pay. Good meal with a small side of buyer's remorse.

I know people rave about this place but I found it to be superficial and underwhelming. The service was very poor and uncaring, even feeling judgmental due to the fact that only one person ordered wine. The food was satisfactory at best, cool food, soggy fries, and very overpriced. If you want to go to a restaurant in Boulder where they appreciate your service, I would recommend somewhere else~
