Providing quality food and excellent service since 1969, The Boulder Cork is one of Colorado's most renowned dining experiences. Our casual, yet attentive atmosphere is the perfect place to spend a special evening, relaxing with friends or entertaining business associates.
Our family have been loyal and avid diners of the Boulder Cork for years. The staff are knowledgeable, respectful, friendly, accommodating and classy. The menu is classic and some aspects of it change with the seasons. They source from local farms and the chef's creativity never disappoints. The ambiance is elegantly understated and their wine list inviting. We love our visits here and you will love it too.
This is one of my favorite places to go for a nice dinner in Boulder. It is a nice combination of business casual and a fine selection of steak entrees as well as choices in chicken, fish and vegetarian fare. The stuffed green chilis and artichoke side are worth noting. The only regret with this place was they over booked on Thanksgiving and we had to wait over 1/2 to be seated. There are few chairs to sit on to wait for a table. Other than that I look forward to future visits.
I am so happy I made a reservation here for Thanksgiving and I am thankful they are open on Thanksgiving! Delicious & huge turkey dinner complete with all the fixins (stuffing, mashed potatoes & gravy, cranberry sauce). Not only was the food and service really good they cooked my meal for me and my family and made it possible for me to relax and enjoy my holiday without the stress & hard work of cooking a huge dinner. I work a lot so it was nice to have a day off and they made it so nice. I have eaten here many times and it is always consistently good food & service.
Love coming here. Not normally as busy as Brasserie Ten Ten but just as good. Wish they had a diff mix of veggies and more fruits in the brie (...@management, just take out the weird salad). Overall, it's great -- I recommend to friends frequently and visit often.
My husband brought me here for my birthday. I loved every part of it! They bring out bread and butter while you look over the menu. I had Maine Lobster Raviolis as my starter it was delicious! For the main course I got the chicken tamales they were Southwest style. And dessert was a huge birthday mud pie with a candle! I was able to share! They also took a photo for us and signed a frame for me! How sweet is that! It was a lovely place! Great atmosphere!
