Love riding my bike here and the bird watching is wonderful. Bathrooms were really clean when I was there. I give it 4 stars because the place needs more trees/shade trees. There is so much mowed land never used that would be ideal for picnics and gathering if there were some shade cover. Other than that, I love this place.

I had a few hours to kill before catching a flight and this looked like the closest park to the airport. Didn't expect much, but was blown away! The wildlife is incredible. Really nice trails, boardwalks, wildlife viewing areas, interpretive signs. Added a lot of birds to my life list. Fantastic.

If you are looking for a nice archery range look no further. Very clean. Easily accessible. Great place! Only complaint is it gets PACKED before big game. Of course you could say that about all the ranges in the metro area.

Really beautiful and well kept. The birds and lake were great to watch. I loved that there is a play ground and little grills there too so now I know it's a great place to take the little one. Will be back again.

I went with my daughter for their youth birding club, which meets one Saturday per month. Knowledgeable volunteers took us to see owl and eagle nests, and we saw so many juvenile bald eagles! Then their great ranger, Michelle, helped us get set up with a state parks pass. We'll be back. I can't wait to try kayaking here once the lake opens for boating April 7.
