Salida Arts Festival

The 9th Annual Salida Arts Festival is a small high quality show held in a town recognized for its art and artists. Many have called this "The Best Art Event" in the Valley. The show location is in beautiful Riverside park adjacent to the newly created "F" St. pedestrian mall. This is the ninth year for the event. We are keeping this a small "boutique" style show with only 80 artists accepted.

There are artists from many mediums, including Sculpture, Jewelry, Paintings, Photography, Mixed Media, Wood, Fiber and more.  See a preview of the artists’ works by clicking here.  Come to Salida, buy some art, have lunch, a great way to spend a day or the whole weekend.

We will have amplified music by a wandering minstrel, Red Tischer

The Show is run by and for Artists and would make a nice add on to a tour through Colorado. It's after "Art on the Rockies" in Edwards, CO. and "Silverthorne Fine Arts Festival" and before "Cheesman Park Fine Arts Festival” in Denver. It would be a nice show paired up with any or all of the shows listed above. 

The 9th Annual Salida Arts Festival is all about 2D and 3D art. Promotion and management are by artists, Jerry Scavezze, Toni Tischer and Susan Bethany with more than 50 years experience participating in juried art festivals.
