Basalt Half Marathon

The 46th Annual Basalt Half Marathon & Relay

Course Information:

After a ¼ mile on a dirt road, the racers will descend approximately 1,000 feet in elevation, along the Frying Pan Road (paved) and finish at Basalt Middle School. There will be three aid stations along the way and each mile is clearly marked. Caution: This road will be open to traffic, racers should run single file or on the shoulder when they encounter oncoming vehicles. No cutting tangents is allowed and runners will be instructed to stay on the left facing traffic the entire course.
